Cindy O'Donnell's Mission

To provide clients with diverse, leading edge insurance solutions, while adding a personal touch of understanding what her clients want and need for the long and short term. Cindy's commitment to her clients is to always act in their best interest and provide them with the service, integrity and honesty that they have come to expect.  Putting the client first is of utmost importance.

Living Insurance Solutions

Living Insurance Solutions was founded by Cindy O'Donnell in 2010, and since that time she has associated herself with Penncorp and La Capitale.  Cindy choose to associate herself with Penncorp after learning about their unique speciality in the disability market.  Penncorp is one of Canada's fastest growing specialty insurance companies, backed by a tradition of excellence.  They are focused on the income protection needs of the self-employed, small business owners and qualified individuals in skilled trades and blue-collar occupations.  They are also a member of Assuris.

Cindy is married to and has three children.  Graduate of Trent University with a joint major in history and sociology.  In 2006 Cindy obtained her Ontario license for life, accident and sickness and became a long term care specialist and worked closely with advisors, consultants and brokers.  She earned their respect and trust and was referred on a constant basis to their clients. Cindy has obtained her CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist ) designation formerly RHU (registered health underwriter) designation.  The CHS is an expert in all areas of health insurance, including: income replacement, critical illness, long term care, disability and group benefits.  Cindy provides strategic health insurance advice due to her education and specialized knowledge.  Cindy continues to grow her practice through referral.

Published and Televised

Cindy has had her story published in the Focus 50+ plus magazine and Solutions magazine.  Her story has also been televised on Rogers Cable, the Seniors Show.  She blogs regularly on the website Forgetful not Forgotten, which is a website created for those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimers or have been affected by Alzheimers.  It is a great support network for family members and caregivers.

Cindy is a volunteer on the education committee for PSAN  (Prevention of Senior Abuse Network) in Simcoe County.  You can also find Cindy volunteering, sponsoring and advocating for Gilda's Club, Alzheimer's Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation within her community, each of these charities play a special role in Cindy's heart.

Cindy is a Proud Chamber Member, a member of BNI, Business Matters Chapter in Barrie, and a member of Wings and Heros.
