LC & Co is a boutique property and home services company built by two people who genuinely love what they do.
Lucien: an experienced contractor for over 20 years is known for his exceptional attention to detail. His work is both fast and meticulous, delivering renovations that consistently exceed expectations. With a unique ability to transform houses into expansive, well-designed units, his expertise stands unmatched in the industry.
Cindy: with a background in travel, hospitality, and design, makes sure each space doesn't just function beautifully it radiates a feeling of coming home.
Together, they've built eight unique units across Greater Moncton and they're not done. Now they're bringing that same standard to home projects and property care serving property managers, realtors and home owners who need a team that takes pride in the details, not just the deadline.

We renovate houses into apartments designed to feel like home. Every unit is pet-friendly, because the unconditional love that comes from an animal should not be limited to people who own their home.
We rent to people who choose to rent and we want that choice to feel like a great one.
