How I’m Using 15 Minutes a Day to Feel More Like Me Again.

Let’s get one thing straight:Yes, meditation is super FUN when your idea of fun is not spiralling into chaos or snapping at someone because your nervous system has left the building. I’m looking at you highway from Shediac to Dieppe these days.😅

Every Wednesday, I’m leaning into FUN but the mindful, soul-soothing kind.  For me, that means:  ✨ 15 minutes of meditation a day.  ✨ Nervous system resets.  ✨ Emotional regulation without the wine, doom scrolling and rage-cleaning.  ✨ Soulful connection with myself, first and foremost.  ✨ Soulful connections and conversations with others, yes it’s HOT out today, we know!

Let’s keep it real here, society moves FAST. Hello late stage capitalism in full force.And it’s so easy to get swept up in who we think we should be. We don’t even talk about the Jones anymore but we are still trying to keep up with everyone. But I’m in my “Re-Introducing Me” era. Because somewhere between puberty and perimenopause, I forgot to remind myself that it’s okay to evolve. You're not the same as you were in high school and that’s either a blessing or something you’re still chasing and afraid to let go of. Either way: this is your permission slip…you get to change. Your beliefs, your energy, your identity… all of it.

And premenopausal women, hear me out: Your patience may have left the group chat.It’s fine.Let’s just regulate that a little bit so you don’t end up in jail, ok? Meditation for Women in Midlife coming right up on YouTube, hang tight, I've got you!

This part of the challenge isn’t just about sitting in silence.It’s about coming home to yourself, one breath at a time.
