It's the practice that made everything else make sense for me, my mediumship, my boundaries as an empath, my relationship with spirit and with my own body. Whether you're brand new to energy work or ready to go all the way in, there's a level here for you.

After 20+ years as a Reiki Master Teacher, I stepped away from teaching and recently, Spirit asked me one question that brought me all the way back.
In the episode below, I share how Reiki first found me (hint: it involved spirits I didn't know how to handle), why I'm returning to teaching it, what the levels actually mean (and what they don't), and why I will never create a "more powerful" version of energy healing. Reiki doesn't need a rebrand. It needs practitioners who love it.
The Foundation
Reiki Level 1
Your foundation with Universal Life Force Energy.
Day one begins on your own time with introductory online modules: the history of Reiki, the principles, how energy moves in the body. For day two, we come together in person for your full attunement and hands-on practice.
This course is also delivered via Zoom if you cannot attend in person so you can learn from anywhere.
The Timeline
Reiki Level 2
Energy transcends time and place and Level 2 is where that becomes real. We go deeper into the symbols, activate your capacity for distance healing, and begin working on your timeline. Past, present, future: Reiki moves through all of it.
For those who felt something shift in Level 1 and want to go further.
The Retreat / Level 3
Advanced Reiki
This retreat is where silence becomes the teacher, solitude becomes medicine, and your Reiki practice evolves into something more intuitive and more embodied. For those ready to go deeper than the handbook. Over four days, we move beyond technique into transmission into the part of Reiki that can't be written down, only felt. This is for practitioners who know there's more, and are willing to go quiet enough to hear it.

For those who wish to open their own clinic space, offer Reiki sessions professionally, or teach others.
This is a year-long journey with me not a weekend certification.
It includes a retreat, ongoing mentorship, and the kind of depth that turns a practice into a vocation.
This path chooses you as much as you choose it.
