💌 Letter from the Heart: A New Chapter… Again, I Know 😅

If you’ve been trying to keep up with me this year, bless you. I get it.
I’ve moved through more plot twists than a Netflix limited series.
Here’s the honest truth:
On September 1st, I announced that I was looking for a new owner for MANA Health & Wellness and that the Float Pods would be closed until someone amazing came along. I was very clear that I’d still be seeing clients in Dieppe and that only the floats were affected… but, of course, not everyone reads the fine print. Cue the panic.
Then on October 1st, I officially sold MANA to its wonderful new owner, who’s rebranding and taking it in a new direction, which I fully support and I am so excited about! Change is healthy. But, again, cue the panic 2.0.
I truly believed I’d stay on as a practitioner at the same location, but as things evolved, it became clear that our visions and values were just… different. Nothing dramatic, nothing bad or negative, just different. I’ve come to learn that when the flow stops feeling like flow, it’s usually a sign it’s time to find a new current. Or our guests would say, when the rooms start playing musical chairs, the Universe usually cues you to find a new tune.
So, I listened.
🦞✨ I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve found my new home base in Shediac, NB✨🦞
My own little sanctuary, solo office space, Cindy style.
It’s simple, soulful, and close to my home, the kind of space that lets me show up fully for my clients and my own peace of mind.
I know this has been a lot to follow, and honestly, I don’t blame anyone for feeling a little dizzy. Some days I even annoy myself with all the movement! 😅Â
But every shift I’ve made this past year has been part of my own healing and realignment after years of focusing my practice as an online girl boss.
If I were still fully virtual, no one would’ve even noticed these changes, but that’s part of being back in the beautiful, sometimes messy, in-person world again. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
To my clients in Dieppe who may find Shediac too far: I see you, and I totally understand.
I appreciate you, and I can happily refer you to two incredible RMTs who will still be practicing at 768 Champlain under the new Glowhaus name or to other RMTs that I know, like and trust.
You’ll be in wonderful hands, I promise.
For me, this next chapter is about roots, rhythm, and real community.
Collaborating with local practitioners, yoga studios, small businesses, and the heart of Shediac itself. I’ve lived here for seven years; it’s time to truly plant myself where my spirit feels at home.
So yes… this is my permanent home now. Well, permanent-for-now, until one day I’m the eccentric old healer in the forest mountains that people have to hike to find. Let’s be honest, that’s probably where this is headed. 🌲😄 But for real…
Thank you. Truly. For your patience, support, and loyalty through all my plot twists.
You’ve been the calm through my chaos, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I can’t wait to welcome you into my new space soon.
If you already have an appointment booked with me, please check your email inbox (and your junk folder) for updated location details and to re-schedule if needed.
And to my beautiful international clients: our online sessions will continue as always; the distance has never mattered when energy leads the way.
With gratitude and grounded joy, Cindy
