2. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to HST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to update pricing, offerings, or availability at any time without notice.
3. 1:1 Sessions (Private Sessions, Readings, Consultations, Healing Sessions)
All 1:1 Sessions are final sale.

No refunds under any circumstances.

Missed appointments (including late arrivals that prevent the session from occurring) are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Rescheduling requests must be made more than 7 days before the scheduled appointment.

Requests made within 7 days of the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling.
By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for attending your session on time and prepared.
4. Seminars, Workshops, Group Readings & Online Programs
All sales for seminars, workshops, group readings, events, and online programs are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or transfers.

Tickets and access are non-transferable.

Events may be recorded.
By purchasing, you consent to audio, video, and photographic recording, and you grant permission for these recordings to be used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and future offerings.
5. Digital Content & Online Access
Access to digital programs, recordings, downloads, or online materials is granted for personal use only.
You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or repost content

Provide access to anyone else
Access will be revoked without refund if misuse is detected.
(Karma notices the receipts.)
6. Retail Products
As a small business, all retail product sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturer defect.

In the case of a defect, resolution is subject to the wholesaler or manufacturer’s policies.

Proof of purchase is required.

All content on this website including but not limited to text, visuals, videos, audio, frameworks, course materials, experiences, branding, and original language is the exclusive property of Cindy O’Donnell.
